Air Jordan 1 (I) – Sole to Sole – A Tribe Called Quest

We’ve mentioned this pair of Air Jordan 1 (I)’s before but now have some detailed pictures of them. This high ankle version of the classic shoe is inspired by the album artwork of the 1993 acclaimed album Midnight Marauders by A Tribe Called Quest. They feature a black upper constructed primarily from tumbled leather, along with a black, red, and green pattern on the toe box and quarter panels which draw inspiration from the album artwork. They have officially been labeled the Air Jordan 1 (I) Retro High Strap Sole to Sole, but many are nicknaming them the Tribe Called Quest Air Jordan 1 (I) or Midnight Marauders Air Jordan 1 (I). They are very limited, and are now available at select accounts including BNYC Online. Also, check out the HD video for a 360 degree look at this beautiful pair of shoes.

    These are pretty cool Straps neve look good on jordan 1s though. The green and red splotches look cool but i dont like the material that theyre on.
