The movie was released in 1986 starring Gene Hackman and Dennis Hopper. The plotline was both inspirational and emotional and told the story of a small-town high school basketball and their coaches overcoming racial adversity in small town Indiana.

This shoe best represents the classic look of old school basketball kicks. They really stand out in their red and gold colorway created to match the Hickory Husker’s uniforms as portrayed in the film. The Blazer boasts a classic look and perfectly blends the popular vintage look with a modern fashionable style.     I really like this colorway for the blazers. The yellow is really vibrant and stands out. I think red and yellow go pretty good together.
