The Air Jordan 2009 is the next big thing on Jordan Brand’s list. We are not too sure what fanatics will think of them, especially those who live and die by the numbered Air Jordans. Here we feature a new colorway which sports a predominantly black color palette along with red and white accents. Look for them to release on April 11, 2009 but come with a steep price of $190.     I think these are pretty dope actually. Pretty much every year it’s the same thing…..the first time people see the new Jordans, they’re like, “Eww, those are ugly”. And then as time goes on they grow on you and eventually they become classics. I can’t even count how many times back in the 90′s I would come to school with the new Jordans on, and most people would say that they’re ugly…..but now they are considered classics. When I first saw the white 2009′s….I didn’t really like them….but they started growing on me….and now that I’m seeing the black ones…..I LOVE them. They have a very unique look, have the luxurious Jordan style to them, and stand out.

    dss, thanks for telling it like it really is. We all want Jordan Brand to keep releaseing classics from the 80s and 90s, but the reality is they keep pushing the envelope and coming out with inovations and materials that take the shoe game to a whole other level. So everybody stop hating and us real Jordan lovers will always represent.

    There is barely ANY red on these at all. I cant wait til more colorful colorways drop for these, excluding the all-star game editions. They look pretty professional though.
