Jason Mayden Air Jordan 2009 Interview

The man behind the Air Jordan 2009, Jason Mayden recently did this interview in which he discusses the beginning stages of designing the shoe, as well as specific details of the model. Overall, the hype built around the release of the shoe was not as great as that of the Air Jordan 23 (XX3) but maybe after watching this, you’ll have a greater appreciation for the shoe.     These aint shit,JB fucked the game up BIG TIME.I ain’t buying no more releases,11/12 cdp was the last and the quality was a big dissapointment,4 me it’s disrespectful for the long time supporting sneakerheads to release that kind of crap.

    I think the shoe is decent the white colorway makes it look like a team jordan almost but the black one looks good. I like the eye that they took from the 13 and the satin on the side is sweet. Not to sure what to think about that heel though looks like a dress shoe. Definatly gonna get the black and gold colorway even though 190$ is a little much.

    Now that these have finally dropped, there has been wayyy too many posts about the shoe. So much hype from the site is goin into them. Theyre nice and all but people with higher expectations could be disapointed.
