Puma and Mita Sneakers have joined forces once again to create the Rising Sun Clyde Model. The shoe is represented here in a blue and black colorway with white accents. The sneakers consist of a black suede toe with black sun rays and a white logo stripe. The Puma Clyde logo stands out in gold. The design represents the military flag of Japan. The rising sun was used as the ensign of the Emperial Japanese Navy and the war flag of the Imperial Japanese Army until the end of World War II. It is the present symbol of the Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force and the war flag of the Japan Ground Self-Defence Force. (wiki).
