Nike has decided to give the previously thought of as innocent and simple Nike Cortez an ultra fierce make-over. The Flywire cable system has been added to a refreshing array of bold colors for the 2009 upcoming releases. As an added upgrade, FREE technology has been installed in the sole. The FREE sole aids in making the Cortez lighter than ever with the added benefits of flexibility and maliability to the shape of the foot. Pick, choose or refuse from up to five colrways including a crimson red/white, subtle navy, lush orange or subdued pink. Red and green colorways will also be available. Via SneakerFreaker.

    I dont like these, nike is going to over use the flywire. There starting to put it on all there shoes

    I dont like the solid colors on these and the suede isnt good looking either. I think they should start making designs with flywire, just an experiment and let us all see what it looks like.
