Nike Zoom Kobe IV – Venom

A few days ago we brought you guys some information about the Nike Zoom Kobe IV, and briefly mentioned this Venom colorway, which was designed with the poisonous Black Mamba in mind. The relevance of the Black Mamba comes into play as it is a nickname given to Kobe in recent years as he is considered to be cold blooded o the court. The shoes are technologically sound and feature a low ankle design. This feature was actually proposed by Kobe, but is typically frowned upon because many ballers feel that low ankle shoes provide a greater risk for ankle sprains. He is scheduled to wear them tonight as the Lakers take on the Miami Heat, and unfortunately they will only release in the cities of Miami and Los Angeles. Via NiceKicks.

    I like these a lot. They look good with the mostly black look and the fade on the toe is really nice. I think they should have came with a colored pair of laces though.
