Nike Blue Chip - The Collection

The Nike Blue Chip basketball shoe was first introduced this fall and since then it has been a popular choice for players all over the NBA. The first Nike Blue Chip shoes were extra exclusive as only 48 pairs were ever produced. Just in time for the happy holidays, Nike has teamed up with Footlocker to release special edition versions of the original Nike Blue Chip to pay tribute to some of the most talented young players in the NBA.

The Nike Blue Chips in the pictures were created for Deron Williams, Kevin Durant and Brandon Roy. All three of the shoes have the nicknames of the athletes they were named after stitched to the side of the ankle. They all also feature an all black suede upper with either an orange, blue or red colored accent on the Swoosh, out-sole and tongue. Each one of these Nike Blue Chip - Collection will soon be available at the House of Hoops in NYC, LA and Chicago. Via NikeBasketball

I like the blue chips a lot actually. Theyre seem really easy to put good colors on. I’m surprised they dont have these on nikeid. That would be cool. All three colorways here are dope, but i really wanna know how their performance is for hooping in.
