We first featured this pair of Air Jordan 6 (Six) Rings back in October, and originally thought they were scheduled to release in 2009. We now have some detailed pictures to bring to you guys and wanted to let you know that they will be releasing on Saturday, December 13, 2008. They feature a white upper paired with red side panels as well as gold accents. The panels consist of several icons associated with Michael Jordan including the words MVP the year ‘93 and other basketball related designs. We’re sure that many Air Jordan fanatics have mixed feelings about these, but for those of you who like what you see, you can pick them up on the 13th at select accounts including the House of Hoops in Harlem, New York and Footactions nationwide.

In case you didn’t know, the Air Jordan 6 (Six) Rings is a hybrid of several Air Jordans including the:

• Air Jordan 6 (VI) – Lacelock on laces, heel loop
• Air Jordan 7 (VII) – Huarache style inner sock
• Air Jordan 8 (VIII) – Fuzzy tongue logo, Velcro strap
• Air Jordan 11 (XI) – Silhouette of upper
• Air Jordan 12 (XII) – T W O 3 on tongue, metal lace loops at top
• Air Jordan 13 (XIII) – Outsole
• Air Jordan 14 (XIV) – Jumpman at bottom of tongue near the toe
