Air Max 97 – Black / Multi Playstation 3 Inspired

We first featured this pair of Nike Air Max 97′s a few days ago, but now have more insight into them as well as some detailed pictures. Inspired by the Sony Playstation 3 console, this pair of Air Max 97′s feature a sleek black design with multi-colored rings, and try to duplicate the game console’s design right down to the multi-colored hologram details along the side panels. The base of the upper is embellished with black patent leather, a feature that is always adored by fanatics. They are scheduled to hit retailers including Footaction on November 15, 2008 and will retail for $140.

    These are really tight…. By far these are the best PS3-inspired Nikes out there.. They almost look like they could be glow in the dark..

    The patent leather looks good on these looks good but i dont see anything to do with playstation in these

    I like the inspiration, but they did a pretty bad job at portraying the PS3 on these. There needs to be a bit more color and a little bit brighter. The 97s were a bad shoe to use this idea with.
