Air Jordan 6 (Six) Rings - Concord - Release Reminder

We just wanted to remind you guys that the Air Jordan 6 (Six) Rings - Concord is scheduled to release tomorrow, Saturday October 25, 2008 and retail for $150. Their colorway is modeled after the popular Air Jordan 11 (XI) Original (OG) - Concords (White / Black - Dark Concord), which are adored by Jordan fanatics. They sport a white colorway with the use of patent leather around the base of the upper, and dark concord accents.

They feature a predominantly white upper with black patent leather around the base of it, along with dark concord accents and a translucent sole. In case you didn’t know, the Air Jordan 6 (Six) Rings is a hybrid of several Air Jordans including the:

  • Air Jordan 6 (VI) - Lacelock on laces, heel loop
  • Air Jordan 7 (VII) - Huarache style inner sock
  • Air Jordan 8 (VIII) - Fuzzy tongue logo, Velcro strap
  • Air Jordan 11 (XI) - Silhouette of upper
  • Air Jordan 12 (XII) - T W O 3 on tongue, metal lace loops at top
  • Air Jordan 13 (XIII) - Outsole
  • Air Jordan 14 (XIV) - Jumpman at bottom of tongue near the toe

    Young Jeezy

    Past
Jay Jenkins, better known as Young Jeezy, is a Famous rapper and businessman. He was born in Columbia, South Carolina. While still an infant, Jeezy and his family moved to Duncan Block, a neighborhood in Macon, Georgia. At a young age, his parents separated. As a result, he was sent to stay with his aunts and grandmothers. During these years, he built a strong relationship with his older cousins, who were drug dealers. They often shared their earnings with him, which attracted him to the drug dealer lifestyle. When Jeezy was 12 years old, he started selling drugs in his neighborhood in Macon. By 1994, he was arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine, and served nine months in a boot camp in Savannah, Georgia. He later moved to West Atlanta’s 4th Ward between late 1999 and early 2000.

    Present
Jeezy is now the CEO of CTE record label and the founder of 8732 apparel.
CTE (Corporate Thugz Entrainment) was founded in 2001.Young Jeezy has multiple rappers signed to CTE. 211, Slick Pulla, Blood Raw, are just a few of the people sing to the record label. 8732 clothing also known as USDA Apparel is Jeezy clothing line. He changed the name from U.S.D.A because the government wouldn’t let him because U.S.D.A stands for United States Department of Agriculture. That is why its 8732 standing for USDA on the phone.
He currently just released his 3rd album called the recession and is soon to be a star in a movie called Janky Promoters, which is to release in 2009. Earlier this year Young Jeezy was arrested in Atlanta and charged with DUI, speeding, reckless driving, no tags, driving with an open container and no proof of insurance. He made bail and was released. A source close to the camp said that Jeezy had just driven off the lot, and the temporary tags had fallen off, which is why he was pulled over. As for the open container, Jeezy said that was the passenger’s fault.
As for his future he should be around for a while more. He may not be in the lime light but he should be in the background working on his record label. As he said other times he always wanted to be a businessman rather than becoming a rapper.

Wow, i never even knew that these dropped! Thats amazing. i like the colorway a lot. The Concord color on them looks really good, but i think they should have put some more of it on them. The Patent leather looks really good and they do remind me of the 11 concords a lot.
