Vans x Iron Maiden – Sk8 Hi

The British heavy metal band Iron Maiden has seen its share of collaborations with both Vans and Nike, and now their back at it again with Vans for their third collabo. This time around, they are using their Powerslave album cover as inspiration, which originally released back in 1984. The model of choice is the Vans Sk8 Hi, and they feature a blue suede construction with detailed Egyptian artwork on both side panels that coincide with the album cover. They are now available at select Vans accounts including DAve’s Quality Meats.

    I think these would look better if the shoe was black with that picture on it, it would stand out more

    I really dont like the picture on these. The blue is a bad color for them too. Theres just too much going on with the picture and i’ve never heard an iron maiden song in the first place.
