It’s a great idea. I’m not sure about this color. Perhaps in a more subdued color. However, the basic design idea is a solid one and the translation into the boot market is a good move. But the price tag is a bit high and the color too limiting.

I can’t figure out what made them put the foamposites on a boot. It just doesn’t make sence to me
I think it was probably to make them more light wieght and increase performance. It does look really bad though, they should have just made the foam black along with the rest of the shoe. I’d rather have a pair of foamposites though, but these might go over better casually.
