Not even scheduled to release for almost another two months, David Z. has already received this special edition Adidas Forum Mid which haved been dubbed the Cleveland Cavaliers. They feature a navy blue upper constructed from a combination of suede and leather, along with a burgundy colored inner lining. The ankle strap sports the Cavaliers logo while the tips of the shoe laces feature the NBA logo. They are now available at the David Z. flagship store in Soho and on their website. via SN.

    The colors are perfect for the Cavs, but theyre just too boring. I dont like the suede on them very much and mid adidas never look good.
