
Just released this past Saturday, September 15, 2008 were this pair of Olympic inspired Air Jordan 6 (Six) Rings. They feature the same colorway as the Air Jordan 1 (I) – Olympic, and are inspired by the Olympic Games that took place this past Summer in Beijing, China. The sport a White, Varsity Red, Midnight Navy, and Metallic colorway and are now available at Jordan Brand accounts.
In case you didn’t know, the Air Jordan 6 (Six) Rings is a hybrid of several Air Jordans including the:
- Air Jordan 6 (VI) – Lacelock on laces, heel loop
- Air Jordan 7 (VII) – Huarache style inner sock
- Air Jordan 8 (VIII) – Fuzzy tongue logo, Velcro strap
- Air Jordan 11 (XI) – Silhouette of upper
- Air Jordan 12 (XII) – T W O 3 on tongue, metal lace loops at top
