They were created to pay tribute to the USA Basketball Team in their quest for gold during the 2008 Beijing Olympics. They feature a colorway similar to the Air Jordan 1 - Olympics, and will release alongside them on September 13, 2008. via TSG.

these shoes dont look that tight but with that kind of sole with the Jordan 8 design on it that has different colors to the ‘waves’, im thinkin twice about this shoe

But the silver made the old shoe.

I like these kicks, but the colorway isnt the best. I think the silver makes the shoe, but i dont like the colorful design on the midsole and there should be any yellow on these.
