With the upcoming Summer Olympics approaching over in Beijing, the Beijing Stadium has been receiving a lot of attention. We have already previewed several Nike models with the Bird’s Nest title, and this pair of Nike Huarache ’08′s are the latest. They feature a black suede upper along with blue and purple accents. The back end of the shoe also features a colorful, detailed design which is inspired by the design of the stadium. They are now available at Footlocker as well as other Nike retailers.

    I dont really like the birds nest look on these. It looks good on the AF1s, but i dont think it should be on basketball shoes. I think a purple and turquoise colorway would look good on these Huaraches, but all the lines for the birdnest pretty much kill this pair.
