Alongside the Nike Air Penny II (2) Retro’s you can also expect this black/royal blue pair of Nike Air Penny III (3). This pair above is a sample of what you can expect for 2009. As you can see they come in an all black upper colorway with hints of blue on the midsole. They are expected to release somewhere in the Spring of 09 so dont get your hopes up on buying a pair any earlier than a couple of months. Via NT.

    These kick’s are for Retro collector’s and Penny fan’s, these shoe’s are really rare such as the Foamposite’s, from the design they one of a kind and unique, if you don’t get your hand’s on them you might not get another chance ever, dam I can’t wait :-) …

    Not to mention these were the becoming of the Foamposite One’s also signature of Penny Hardaway… You can see the transformation :-) … I hope they drop in early 2009 like the Air Penny II’s did this year…

    I can pretty much tell unlike the Air Penny II’s, these are going to be a very rare but exclusive release they won’t be a large quantity of them, limited edition, I gotta get my hand’s on them…

    I’m glad i’m finally gettin to the articles about the samples, maybe i’ll never have to see these again. I really do hate them now. I just want some color (besides royal blue) in them! Thats all i ever ask, and i get nuffin.
