I know we got a lot of N.E.R.D. fans out there so this one is for you guys and girls. Designer/Customizer Paperbag Goods has been a N.E.R.D. fan since the days he was running around the house in the pajamas that zipped up the back with the built in feet, you guys know the ones im talking about. Alright well maybe it hasnt been that long, but since his middle school days when he was beating up kids for thier Blow Pops and Fun Dip he always found himself listening to the goodness produced by N.E.R.D.

In honor of the long awaited album finally dropping Paperbag Goods decided he would put a custom sneaker together dedicated to the group and one of his favorite tracks on the new album, Love Bomb. After throwing on the song and getting the paints together Paperbag Goods went to town on these Nike Dunks. The sneakers involve a splatter design in various sizes all throughout the frontal, mid panel and heel panel. In this case though, reffering to the song, the splatter like design actually repersents bombs with flares coming off of them, or Love Bombs spreading the love wherever they may land. The Nike Swoosh and sole help wrap up the love standing out in bright pink. The way the bombs were carried out adds a nice stuble touch, somewhat eye catching on the mid panel but then a little blended elsewhere. These are currently for sale in a size US9 so hit up Paperbag Goods ASAP if you want them. Without knowing the inspriation behind the sneakers you may just think this is some random design thrown together for some random reason with no real intention behind it. However, now that we filled you in a little bit go grab your N.E.R.D. CDs, or illegally downloaded MP3 copies and give Love Bomb a listen and check out the rest of the pics while you do so.
