Some of you may recognize the design on these custom sneakers from a previous Nike sample. A few years ago online some pictures of a sample Nike Dunk leaked which had the same design as what you see above. When the sneakerhead community caught a glimpse of samples many people instantly fell in love with what they saw. A lot of people considered them to be their grails and wanted them more then anything else at the time. However, sadly, the sneakers were never put into production and everybody was left dry. Sneaker customizer C2 got a lot of requests from his fan base to design a custom sneaker designed just like the sample Dunks shown in the pictures that leaked. It was a long time coming and C2 has finally finished the customs, which are what you see above. Besides the tag on the tongue being a different color, these sneakers match up to the original samples to a T. They are available for sale in a 10.5, 11 and 12 in the C2 Customs webstore here. You can find heaps of theses shoes on ebay i got redbull ones and Safari ones of Ebay for 50 bucks each!
I really hate the Nike logo on the side of it.
It makes the whole sneaker look fake.
But thats why these are “Samples”.
This pair is filthy! I’m lovin the red snakeskin and it really stands out on the white base color. I dont think the NIKE on the quarter panel looks bad, mainly because its gold. I think this pair is up in the ranks with the Dunks that have the stars on them that these remind me of. Too bad theyre customs, i’ll probly never get my hands on a pair.
