Airwalk isn’t a very popular brand but it is still a vital part of the sneaker culture. The company began sometime around 1990 and wasn’t concerned too much about advertising their brand. The Jim Shoe were created to be a comfortable and casual shoe, and till this day it still is. Airwalk will be bringing back the Jim Shoe in its original form. As you can see one pair will be made of the same material as a tennis ball and the other pair is going to be released in a basketball leather. There isn’t much info on their release but you can expect them to release sometime later in 2008. Via Nicekicks.

Wow, I cant believe airwalk had an article on this site once. I give the brand props for that, nice job. The only thing is, in my opinion, these are both really ugly looking. Both materials look bad and the neon pair is way too bright. The overall design just isnt good. I dont think these are cut out to roll with the big dog brands quite yet.
