The Piet Mondrian - Nike Dunk Low SB (304292-702) are already available for purchase at BNYCOnline as an early release for all the Nike SB heads that would likw to get their hands on them early. They are set to release in May 2008. The multicolored color-way is inspired by the artist Piet Mondrian and one of his 1921 piece “Composition with Red, Yellow and Blue” which uses thick black lines to separate the color forms.
Pieter Cornelis (Piet) Mondriaan was a Dutch painter. He was an important contributor to the De Stijl art movement and group, which was founded by Theo van Doesburg. He evolved a non-representational form which he termed Neo-Plasticism. This consisted of a grid of vertical and horizontal black lines and the use of the three primary colours. via Wiki
