In addition to the earlier released, Jordan Phly – Varsity Red/White, another color-way has recently released: Air Jordan Phly – B. Brown / Chino – White. They feature an immaculate luxury finish along with the roman numeral for 1978 (MCMLXXVIII) on the heel tab. As you may know already, the Air Jordan Phly is inspired my Michael Jordan’s high school coach whom he shared a very special bond with. They were created to honor Clifton “Pop” Herring. PH was Michael Jordan’s coach at Laney who cut him during his sophomore year, but then drove him to school at 6 AM every morning for extra practice in hopes of bettering MJ’s skills for his junior year.
