When rumors started to float around about the Air Jordan 1 (I) Old Love / New Love – Beginning Moments Package (BMP) and the Defining Moments Package which included:
- Air Jordan 6 (VI) Retro – Black / Metallic Gold – Defining Moments Package (DMP)
- Air Jordan 11 (XI) Retro – Defining Moments Package (DMP) – White / Metallic Gold – Black
there was another pair mentioned, yet never appeared. It was the Defining Moments Converse Pro Leather Jordan Edition which to this day is an unreleased sample. Michael Jordan wore these during his times in the NCAA with the University of North Carlina (UNC) Tarheels. This Converse Jordan was meant to signify where it all started, specifically with his game winning last second NCAA Championship winning shot. When the Defining Moments Package finally released, the rumored Converse Jordan was nowhere to be found, until now. They feature a white Leather upper and gold accents with a University Blue 23 and Last Second Shot-Man at the heel. These are extremely rare and are most likely never to hit retail store!
