Diadora is definitely a brand that we never post about on the site, but it is important to sneaker history, as they signify what true old skool is really about. We’re talking about, before Air Jordans, these were definitely in. Today, we feature a Diadora preview of their Abruzzo model. The colorway is clean, featuring a simple silhouette which is always a great way to go. They feature premium materials, including premium leathers as well as perforated leather, allowing the foot to breathe.

Nike Dunk Mid - Tokyo 2008 ReleaseAlthough not officially named the Nike Dunk Mid - Tokyo, everyone in the Nike SB community can’t help but comparing them to the Nike Dunk Low SB - Tokyo. The Nike Dunk SB Low - Pro SB Tokyo was released as apart of Nike’s “White Cities Series.” The official shoe of the 2004 Tokyo White Dunk Exhibit, they were limited to 202 pairs, and were only sold through lottery. Being one of the more philosophical Dunks, the Nike on the heel was missing on purpose. Will these be the continuation of what was started in 2004? We will have to wait and find out. Piet Mondrian - Nike Dunk Low SBHere is a preview of the Piet Mondrian - Nike Dunk Low SB which are set to hi retail stores thie holiday season 2008. The multicolored color-way is inspired by the artist Piet Mondrian and one of his 1921 piece “Composition with Red, Yellow and Blue” which uses thick black lines to separate the color forms.

Pieter Cornelis (Piet) Mondriaan was a Dutch painter. He was an important contributor to the De Stijl art movement and group, which was founded by Theo van Doesburg. He evolved a non-representational form which he termed Neo-Plasticism. This consisted of a grid of vertical and horizontal black lines and the use of the three primary colours. via Wiki
