Earlier this month, Todd Jordan released some info on his upcoming Nike Dunk High SB – Heaven’s Gate. Collectors within the Nike SB community were extremely curious to see how they turned out as the previous Nike Blazer SB – Todd Jordan were an instant classic. However, it looks as if the Nike Dunk High SB – Heaven’s Gate will not release this year. Instead they were spotted in the Nike SB Fall 2008 catalog. Todd Jordan was inspired by the story and colors of the Heaven’s Gate religious group. “Heaven’s Gate was the name of an American religious group led by Marshall Applewhite and Bonnie Nettles. The group’s end coincided with the appearance of Comet Hale-Bopp in 1997.
