Kanye’s Graduation vs 50’s Curtis album received the most hype we’ve ever seen for an album release date. Both cd’s released September 11th, but this was not Kanye’s original release date. Ye stated the date was pushed back to 9/11/07 because the artwork for the album wasn’t ready. Japanese artist Takashi Murakami (Kaikai KiKi Co) was the person who designed the artwork for the Graduation cover. As you may already know Graduation bet Curtis in first week sales; 957,000 to 691,000 in units sold.
Kanye West has always been a trend setter when it comes to fashion, and the glasses he wore in the Stronger video had people going nuts. The Graduation hype inspired the professional sneaker custom artist emmanueLabor to make a pair of Graduation Dunk Hi’s. This is what you get when the 3 Bears SB Dunks meet the Graduation album. They feature fur which represents Kanye’s bear mascot, the blinds from Kanye’s glasses in Stronger, graphics from the artwork, and the purple midsole compliments the background color of the album.
We’ve seen tons of customs before, but none with this much thought and detail. As of right now we don’t know if they will be available for sale. Once Kanye finds out about them you can bet he’s going to want a few pairs for his collection. Also, word is Ye will also get his own signature shoe with Nike.

These are not for sale people. These are “custom” sneakers, meaning one in existence. If the designer is contracted, then he and the company can come up with a deal.
These are some fire customs, but I doubt they’ll be made into mass production. Bought by Kanye: possibly.

Cali is half right… they def. cost more than $100 but cost around $500. They cost about $575, that also includes shipping anywhere in the U.S. They are done on a pair of either low or high dunks. Both cost the same, its just some people prefer to lows. All orders are put on hold till end of December or early next year. I definitely put my order in but am just waiting till they start to make them again. So if your interested just leave your email and I will email you.

wow this is amazing just to find out that kanye west one of the best singers as its own shoes. these shoes look great and i could tell that if these go for sale your going to make a lot of money because these would be one of the most popular shoes out there in the usa or whereever your going to sale it. if you do sale one i would be one of the first to buy them dont sale limited editon it would go far but these shoes if sold will go far.
