Chris Vidal of Flight Club NYC recently turned 34, and the “AF1 King” himself DJ Clark Kent blessed him with this dope birthday gift. Clark (one of few) gets royal treatment at the 255 Nike iD studio in NYC and he cooked up Chris a fresh pair of AF1 iD’s. They feature a full black upper, solid pumpkin orange midsole, red swoosh/sockliner/back heel tab, and the classic gum sole to add a refreshing finish. I never thought a colorway this odd could look so good. No patent leather, gold foil, or cement print and they’re still fresh. The orange midsole and gum sole is screaming for attention. I wonder what Street is going to get me for my birthday? Anyhow congrats to Chris and Happy “belated” Birthday. via Chris Vidal
