Check out these recently released 3M Nike Delta Force Low SI in a Neon AM95 like colorway.  I just picked these up at Finishline and the green is slightly darker than neon, but looks just as good.  Official colorway is Flint Grey/Bright Cactus - Black and product id is 313729 031.  Should be also available at Foot Locker and EastBay.
